Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Business Terms regulate the rights and obligations of the contracting parties when using the accommodation services of Home De Luxe M&D.
2. Reservation and payment
The reservation becomes binding after its confirmation by the accommodation provider.
Prices are in Euros and include all charges, unless otherwise stated.
The amount of the deposit varies between 30% and 50% of the total amount – according to mutual agreement. The maturity of the advance invoice is 14 days.
The remaining amount for the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
3. Local charges
Local tourist fees (for an adult, child, dog or car) are paid individually by each guest directly at the campsite upon arrival.
The campsite reserves the right to adjust these prices depending on inflation.
4. Cancellation of reservation
Cancellation of the reservation must be notified in advance (at least 7 days before the planned arrival), otherwise the accommodation provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
The exact cancellation conditions will be specified in the booking confirmation.
5. Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 14:00, check-out until 10:00.
The guest is obliged to observe the house rules of the accommodation facility.
6. Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay.
The lodger is not responsible for possible loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
7. Pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
The owners of the animals are responsible for their behavior and possible damages.
8. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by valid legal regulations and is regulated in detail in the Personal Data Protection Policy.
9. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the contracting parties undertake to seek a solution preferably by agreement.
If the dispute cannot be resolved out of court, the competent court will decide according to the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
