Biograd na Moru – an ideal holiday destination

Biograd na Moru is a small but extremely popular seaside town on the Adriatic coast in northern Dalmatia. It is located between the historic cities of Zadar and Šibenik, making it an ideal starting point for exploring both the Croatian coast and the interior.

Beaches you will fall in love with

Biograd offers several beautiful beaches with clear water. The most famous is the Soline beach, just a few minutes’ walk from the Home De Luxe M&D apartment. It is covered with small pebbles and sand, with a gradual entrance to the sea, which is especially appreciated by families with children. Here you will find restaurants, ice cream stands, playgrounds and a toboggan.

Another popular beach is Dražica, awarded with the Blue Flag, where you can rent deckchairs, paddle boards or paddleboards. There are also quieter coves nearby for those looking for peace and privacy.

Where to go for a walk or shopping?

The center of Biograd is ideal for evening walks along the promenade overlooking the harbor. Here you will find many cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops, as well as a market with fresh vegetables and fruits.

A big advantage is the proximity of supermarkets, pharmacies and various amenities, so you have everything at your fingertips – within 10 minutes on foot.

Fun for children and adults

Biograd has everyone in mind – children can have fun on playgrounds, in a small amusement park or in Aquapark Biograd, where you can find inflatable attractions on the water. Adults can try water sports, such as jet skiing, paddleboarding or diving.

Culture lovers will also enjoy themselves – you can visit the Biograd Museum, which documents the maritime history of the city.

Excellent accessibility and trips

From Biograd you can easily reach the surrounding towns – Zadar is only 30 km away, as is Šibenik. The Krka National Park, Kornati Islands and Vranské Lake are also nearby, where you can take trips by boat or by car.
